Hey[edit]

Hey, I have a question about the List of Medium episodes page edit you made here, I'm just curious, where did you find this? It was hard enough trying to find those myself (went to tv.com).. Anyway, have a nice day, and please reply to me on my talk page.. Illyria05 (Talk  Contributions) 04:21, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Métro vs. Metro[edit]

I noticed you made a change from "metro" to "métro" on the page Hôtel Drouot. Is there some sort of consensus for this? I checked two Paris guide books: Michelin Paris does not use the accented form, but capitalizes the name as "Metro", while Blue Guide Paris uses the accented form "Métro". Neither book uses a lower case name. If the unaccented form is commonly used in English language sources, I would suspect that might be preferred on the Wikipedia, but in either case, perhaps it should be capitalized. --Robert.Allen (talk) 17:05, 8 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I realize this is a relatively minor matter. My question was mainly to get feedback on it. After I left the message above, I finally decided on "Métro", since the linked article Richelieu – Drouot (Paris Métro), and Paris Métro, and most related Wikipedia articles capitalize it and use the accent, and that seems to be the consensus. I also found several other English language books on the subject that use "Métro" in English sentences. (There were a few that did not capitalize it.) Anyway, that's what I came up with. In any case, I think your idea of piping the link was a good one. Sorry for the bother on what was really only an ancillary issue! --Robert.Allen (talk) 21:52, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited China Airlines destinations, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Shizuoka and Toyama (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

State electorate(s) for Epping[edit]

I notice that you recently updated the article for Epping, New South Wales to add the Electoral district of Ryde as an extra state electorate for it. However, there was no reference to support this, and it conflicts with both the Wikipedia article for Electoral district of Ryde and also with the New South Wales Electoral Commission's electoral boundary maps here. So I have reverted that change for now; if there is some supporting documentation for the change then please post it on the article's Talk page.--Gronk Oz (talk) 04:07, 16 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
