Request reason:

UTRS appeal #11629

Accept reason:

With the blocking admin's blessing, this user has accepted the following proposed unblock condition: For three months from today, the user will not directly edit population counts. Any proposed changes to population counts must be discussed on the relevant talk page(s). Failure to respect this condition will result in the reinstatement of the block, for a duration in accordance with the severity of the violation. Note that this editing restriction applies to the editor, not the IP address, and that even if said address changes from 110.22.64.13, this agreement remains in effect. With this, the block is lifted now, rather than left to expire on October 11th. ? · Salvidrim! ·  1:42 pm, 25 September 2014, Thursday (25 days ago) (UTC-4)

Unblocking administrator: Please check for active autoblocks on this user after accepting the unblock request.

Re-blocked[edit]

With this edit, you have failed to adhere to the strict conditions under which you were unblocked; the block is thus reinstated and extended. ? · Salvidrim! ·  11:21 am, 18 October 2014, last Saturday (2 days ago) (UTC-4)

Request reason:

Okay now I was told on my previous block to always explain my edits in the edit summary which I always do and I always use links and sources, so I don't see what I have done? This is really starting to annoy me, i was told to never edit something especially on ethnic groups based on numbers without links and sources and I have not done anything since

Decline reason:

You were told not to edit population counts for three months. Less than a month later, you edited a population count. Do the math. Yunshui  08:00, 20 October 2014 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first and then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired.

  • Both in the UTRS ticket where the unblock conditions were offered, and in the unblock message posted on this very talk page once you accepted these conditions, said conditions are explained extremely clearly and unambiguously. You agreed to not directly edit population counts, and that any proposed changes to population counts must be discussed on the relevant talk page(s). You have unarguably failed to adhere to this agreement; on top of it, by editing the same article, in the same disruptive way, as you did before your block. Reviewing admin: if you do not have UTRS access and would like to confirm the conditions that were agreed upon, let me (or another UTRS volunteer) know or send an e-mail. ☺ · Salvidrim! ·  05:51, 20 October 2014 (UTC)
