Your allegation of vandalism by Ikonblast
Regarding the allegations you have posted at User_talk:Arjun024#FC, User talk:Anandks007#FC, User talk:Nichalp#FC, User talk:Indianstar#FC, User talk:Bakasuprman#FC, User talk:AMbroodEY#FC, User talk:Argyriou#FC, User talk:Linguisticgeek#FC and User talk:ARUNKUMAR P.R#FC:
I have reviewed the history of the Forward class article and found only these two edits by Ikonoblast in the last two years. The first is a minor change to an unsupported claim in a section heading; the second is the removal of a paranthetic qualifier. I don't regard either edit as coming close to vandalism; at worst, the reason given for the second edit may be a personal point of view.
In the discussion page Ikonoblast has suggested a name change and pointed out the difficulty in verifying the definition of the term "forward class". He is right: the definition offered in the article's lead is not supported by either of the references in that section and so is original research and falls short of the standard expected by Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. Challenging unverifiable claims is a valid and constructive thing to do. To date his challenge in the discussion page has been met only by more unreferenced claims which amount to nothing more than individuals' points of view.
The allegation made here that Ikonoblast is "trying to destroy the FC article" appears to me malicious and contrary to Wikipedia's policies, specifically WP:NPA and WP:AGF. Interested editors could make better use of their time by backing up the article with references to reliable sources than using it as a false pretext to attack a fellow editor. -- Timberframe (talk) 18:13, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
