National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics[edit]

Hi! I want to thank you for your improvement to the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics article, as regards its reference to World War II. You are correct it is better to have this spelled out! As regards your edit summary comments, I have two thoughts. First, although I haven't checked the article history, I bet the article text was orginally "WW II", and someone wikilinked it but kept the article text unchanged. Neither editor (the original or the wikilinker) was a, "lazy unredeemable SOB" who went, "out of their way to replace the correct term with a filthy abbreviation." Second, I suggest you may wish to review the Wikipedia WP:Assume good faith guideline. It might provide some insight into the best ways to proceed in future situations like this! Bicycle messengers[edit]

Hi, your interest in updating the bicycle messengers entry is welcomed.

However 'Some jurisdictions require the use of helmets and/or illumination equipment (i.e. head and tail lights) in low-light conditions. Alberta Traffic Act.' is not clear as to whether the requires all Alberta cyclists to wear helmets, and use lights, or just bicycle messengers. If the former, then this does not belong in the messenger section. If the latter, then please supply more information on the legislation. Thanks. Buffalo Bill talk to me 22:16, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

Do not edit other people's talk entries[edit]

Your changing of my sentence from "...insulting me." to "insulting me!" is piss-poor netiqueete and not the least bit acceptable. Try this stunt again, and I'll call in the admins to ban you off the forum. --- Theaveng (talk) 13:57, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

What "incorrect information" are you talking about? You have yet to produce a single sourced edit to that article. You're just pissed because your vision of a business conference doesn't match mine. Poor you. Argue it out like an adult and stop making threats.139.48.25.61 (talk) 18:55, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

Re. Friendly Fire[edit]

I have reverted your edits as they seemingly made no improvement to the article. Some of your claims were unsourced when compared to previous revisions. If I have made a mistake, please point out where I went wrong. Thanks, A Prodigy ~In Pursuit of Perfection~ 18:30, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

I have reverted back to the original the britsh friend fire incident, killing three women...it is ref and I would appricate if you left in or sited another account of this misfortunate accident. I think every account of friendly fire should be noted, note just by the US forces.user j.boyd —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.64.176.178 (talk) 11:02, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
