Grand Bayou, Louisiana[edit]

i'm not sure if this is the right way to reply to this message, so if i am in violation of your site's rules then i apologize..

i originally clicked on the grand bayou link that was on the plaquemines parish page... however, that link showed that grand bayou was in the northwest part of louisiana, which is not correct... i didn't mean to destroy your page or tamper with information, i just wanted to put the right info...

sorry

I may have been too hasty. Often, when a large chunk of information is removed without explanation, it's for the purposes of vandalism. If your change was intended to be constructive, it's I who should apologize to you. But in the future, it will really help if you write a brief explanation of what you intended in the edit summary at the bottom of the page. ubiquity (talk) 21:59, 31 May 2013 (UTC)
It turns out that there are at least two places called Grand Bayou in Louisiana. One of them is in Red River Parish, and that was the one whose article you changed, but it is correct as it stands. The other is in Plaquemines Parish, but it does not have a wikipedia article of its own. I removed the incorrect link in the Plaquemines Parish article, and also my vandalism warning on this page. ubiquity (talk) 22:13, 31 May 2013 (UTC)
