I have undone your move of Defence mechanisms to "Defense mechanisms". It was problematic for a few reasons:
- There was no need to move the page. According to WP:LANGVAR, "[the] English Wikipedia prefers no major national variety of the language over any other", as long as there is consistency within an article.
- Before moving, you replaced all occurrences of "defence" with "defense", including those within book and article titles.
- You performed the move through copy-paste, which splits the history of the page and leaves the original talk page behind. If swapping page and redirect was necessary, the best course of action would asking for assistance at WP:REQMOVE.
Hello, I'm DavidLeighEllis. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Iceman without thoroughly explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry: I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Please refrain from making nonconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Pulmonary shunt with . Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address.
