Hello, I'm PCHS-NJROTC. I noticed that you recently made an edit to Central Asia that seemed to be a test. Your test worked! If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. PCHS-NJROTC (Messages) 19:13, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

I was asked, offline, to reconsider this block. I went through this IP account's past history, again, and have decided to keep the block as is for now. For months, even years, children from the New York City public schools have used this IP address solely to vandalize random pages with slang, obsenities, and other vulgarities, some of it constituting cyberbullying. Please create an account if you want to edit from this IP address. Bearian (talk) 19:02, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
