This IP Address is one assigned to various machines at my company; I know because I just made a change with it before realizing I wasn't logged in. Krilia 15:28, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

Information.svg Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Star Wars. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Gscshoyru 14:35, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.
Stop hand nuvola.svg

This is your last warning.
If you continue to make personal attacks on other people as you did at User:Autiger, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Gscshoyru 14:41, 9 August 2007 (UTC)

Octagon-warning.svg

You have been temporarily blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated.- Gilliam (talk) 14:34, 29 May 2009 (UTC)

October 2010[edit]

Stop hand nuvola.svg This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits.

The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Chili pepper, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Chris (クリス • フィッチ) (talk) 04:32, 9 October 2010 (UTC)

December 2011[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Talk:Zumwalt class destroyer‎. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Be sure to provide rationale for removing a talk page post according to WP:Talk page guidelines. Thank you. Fnlayson (talk) 19:26, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

Unsourced content[edit]

Wikipedia must be verifiable I removed your edits to Dengue virus, Moraxella catarrhalis, Enterovirus 71, and Human T-lymphotropic virus as the content is significant and there was no sources cited. See reliable sources and citing sources. Also, I would suggest reading [wp:five pillars]] Feel free to re-add the content with sources. You can undo my removal by going to the "View history" and clicking "undo" next to Jim1138. Do make sure to add sources before saving the undo. October 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Rsrikanth05. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Filariasis, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Rsrikanth05 (talk) 09:52, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

Malaria[edit]

Thanks for you contribution to malaria. Is it possible you could provide sources for your edits? You can also post comments for how to improve the article at Talk:Malaria. I reworked your information into the article here: [1]. (I removed a couple sentences I thought were problematic.) If you have any questions, feel free to ask me at my talk page by clicking "new section" at the top of the page there. Biosthmors (talk) 15:43, 23 October 2012 (UTC)

July 2013[edit]

Your edits to July 21[edit]

Some of your edits on the page July 21 have been undone by PseudoBot, a robot built to keep the date pages tidy. The problems are:

The person you added doesn't seem to have a Wikipedia page.

If the page exists, check that you've spelled and capitalized the name the same way as the article, and try again. If it doesn't yet exist, read this page carefully before creating it. In particular, you shouldn't create a page about yourself or anyone you know personally. If this bot has got it wrong (as can unfortunately happen), please accept its author's apologies, and (if you would like) leave a message on this talk page with the details, so it can be improved. Please see this page for help. PseudoBot (talk) 13:31, 26 July 2013 (UTC)

May 2014[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did to List of vaccine topics ‎, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. There needs to be demonstrated notability of the "vaccine research" itself, not just notability of the disease or its causative agent. As the article itself states, "vaccine related topics", so WP:V policy needs to be met for that relationship for every entry. Feel free to raise any concerns on Talk:List of vaccine topics.
