Editrequest[edit]

I don't appreciate you piggybacking a different edit request onto mine. You should have made your own. 184.144.163.181 (talk) 04:59, 12 May 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category talk:Guangdong – Hong Kong border crossings[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Category talk:Guangdong – Hong Kong border crossings, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. JohnBlackburnewordsdeeds 14:03, 12 May 2011 (UTC)

Luohu Port[edit]

Regarding this article, I have created it for you as requested. However next time, it would be simpler if you could use WP:WIZGO. Thanks — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 13:50, 16 May 2011 (UTC)

Thank you very much. That's what I didn't know. 203.198.25.249 (talk) 12:53, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

KLM destinations[edit]

I notice that you are repeatedly providing sorting parameters for countries, and also for regions in your latest edits. Sorting parameters are already provided with country templates; there's no need to unnecesarily provide them with a sort template. Besides, country names should be provided in their usual (and simplest) form. The same applies for regions, i.e. Southern Africa should be used instead of Africa, Southern. Do not waste your time in this kind of edits, as many users will promptly revert them. Thanks.--Jetstreamer (talk) 22:07, 18 May 2011 (UTC)

I'm afraid you might have mis-read. That's for sorting, not for display. 203.198.25.249 (talk) 11:03, 23 May 2011 (UTC)

June 2011[edit]

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours to the article Victoria, Hong Kong has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Thank you. Tim PF (talk) 23:01, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

Would you please point out which edit summary are u referring to ? 203.198.25.249 (talk) 03:18, 10 June 2011 (UTC)
This edit (the link to the possibly mirror site was not added back), which effectively reverted this edit (remove non-reliable sources, wikipedia mirrors, obsolete sources, etc). If you span the intermediate revisions, this shows all the references being added back in, and by comparison, this shows that no references were omitted. Therefore, the possibly mirror site must have been added back, contrary to your edit summary. Tim PF (talk) 13:32, 10 June 2011 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Victoria, Hong Kong. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Tim PF (talk) 13:35, 10 June 2011 (UTC)
