URGENT[edit]

Hi, my name is Chris Cohen from Brazil. English is my second language. I am very surprise with the info that you posted on the Cohen Modal Haplogroup. Congratulations for such a important information.

"Complicating the issue, Skorecki reported that he and his research team have discovered not one but two Cohen Modal Haplotypes, which he called J1 and J2. Pinchas the zealot mentioned in the Bible may be the origin of J2, he suggested."

Pinchas the zealot mentioned in the Bible may be the origin of J2, he suggested.

Can you please, send me the link where I can read the full text? This is amazing... I am Cohen J2.

Take Care, and please give me your feedback on my talk page, or by email.

I appreciate it very much.

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Button sig.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 21:09, 25 January 2008 (UTC)

Comments with respect to other users[edit]

Hi.

Albeit each and every one of us has strong feelings, and sometimes the actions of others may bring those feelings boiling to the fore, part of what allows the project to continue and be (even somewhat) helpful amidst the roiling factions of so many individual subgroups is an adherence to our basic policies, which include those of commenting on content, not on editors. So while empathy with your feelings may be appropriate, judicious quotations of Jack Nicholson may not be the most appropriate venting mechanism Face-smile.svg. Edit warring - consensus[edit]

Edit warring

Bachforelle, although on wikipedia we believe that everyone can make constructive edits, such as the ones you made on Georgia (country) article constitute edit warring and might be considered vandalism. There is no way that anyone can unilaterally overturn a long standing consensus on the country's geographic location especially when the country itself pretty much agrees with it.I would highly recommend you to engage in more discussion on the talk page, and less edit warring. The article has been blocked by admins because of that -- no one wants to block it again.--Satt 2 (talk) 09:47, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

Nuvola apps important.svg You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Land of Israel. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Hertz1888 (talk) 00:22, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
