October 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to C. I. Scofield may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • [[Category:American Congregationalist clergy]

Political categories[edit]

I have reverted your most recent addition of political categories to biography articles. Per policy, in order to be included the category must be supported by reliably sourced article content. Any of my reverts can be restored if the category meets the requirement. Note that any future categories added that are not supported by sources will be removed.--Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 21:50, 18 October 2013 (UTC)

The other thing to remember is that, if a change you make is repeatedly undone, you need to discuss the matter rather than keep making the same edit. I refer specifically to Bristol Palin, where you keep adding categories indicating that she's a Republican in/from Arizona and Alaksa. You might be able to make a case for Alaska, but you must discuss the matter at Talk:Bristol Palin to build consensus before it can get added to the article. —C.Fred (talk) 14:37, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

November 2013[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm The Triple M. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to John H. Worst because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, you can use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Final warning regarding political categories[edit]

You have persistently added political categories to biographical article without any sort of explanation. Other users have complained about this, but you have failed to answer them. If you continue this disruptive practice, you may be temporarily blocked from editing. Favonian (talk) 16:17, 18 November 2013 (UTC)
