Spam[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in WinFS. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. --Yamla 15:44, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in Electronic medical records. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. Phaedrus86 11:12, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue spamming, as you did in Telemedicine, you will be blocked from editing. Phaedrus86 11:19, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Shared IP address[edit]

This IP address appears to be part of the Jordan Universities Network junet.edu.jo. The activities of some users on this network may cause it to be blocked on Wikipedia if the spamming continues. I regret any inconvenience this may cause if it happens, but it would be best for junet to find out who is misusing their network. Phaedrus86 11:30, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

February 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Hard water has been reverted.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bexample\.com (links: http://www.example.com).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 12:55, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Functional requirement, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Mike Shinoda, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This is particularly important when adding or changing any facts or figures and helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.
