Changes to WP:Top25Report[edit]

On WP:Top25Report, the header to the section under discussion reads: "There are a number of articles that reappear frequently in the raw top 25 for no determined reason, and have been excluded as likely being due to automated views." You keep removing "less (Unix)", "Online shopping" and "NASA Pathfinder" from the listing that follows. Why?

Looking at the "raw top 25" on WP:5000 (as of this writing), "less (Unix)" is in 9th place; "Online shopping" is in 5th place. Indeed, "NASA Pathfinder" is further down the list. However, its view count (heavily automated, as suggested by the mobile percentage) is still significant and the weekly dynamics are such that it could find itself near the top again. I probably did not look at the graph carefully. Sorry. I used, not the top 5000 list. Once I have seen articles that have actually not been getting those weird hits in the last few days, I will remove them. A Great Catholic Person (talk) 03:47, 14 October 2014 (UTC)
