[edit] Igloo bug
I was running Ingloo tonight and reported a vandal to AIV. [1] But, the vandal was already listed by ClueBot NG in the bot section. Is there any way to prevent this? Cheers, →♠Gƒoley↔Four♣←`
[edit] requested speedy deletion (redundant)
I moved the list to this page: [2] to standardize it with [3] and similar pages. Please delete, or redirect the other page. Thanks!

[edit] MSU Interview
Dear Ale jrb,
My name is Jonathan Obar user:Jaobar, I'm a professor in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University and a Teaching Fellow with the Wikimedia Foundation's Education Program. This semester I've been running a little experiment at MSU, a class where we teach students about becoming Wikipedia administrators. Not a lot is known about your community, and our students (who are fascinated by wiki-culture by the way!) want to learn how you do what you do, and why you do it. A while back I proposed this idea (the class) to the community HERE, where it was met mainly with positive feedback. Anyhow, I'd like my students to speak with a few administrators to get a sense of admin experiences, training, motivations, likes, dislikes, etc. We were wondering if you'd be interested in speaking with one of our students.
So a few things about the interviews:
- Interviews will last between 15 and 30 minutes.
- Interviews can be conducted over skype (preferred), IRC or email. (You choose the form of communication based upon your comfort level, time, etc.)
- All interviews will be completely anonymous, meaning that you (real name and/or pseudonym) will never be identified in any of our materials, unless you give the interviewer permission to do so.
- All interviews will be completely voluntary. You are under no obligation to say yes to an interview, and can say no and stop or leave the interview at any time.
- The entire interview process is being overseen by MSU's institutional review board (ethics review). This means that all questions have been approved by the university and all students have been trained how to conduct interviews ethically and properly.
Bottom line is that we really need your help, and would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you. If interested, please send me an email at obar@msu.edu (to maintain anonymity) and I will add your name to my offline contact list. If you feel comfortable doing so, you can post your name HERE instead.
If you have questions or concerns at any time, feel free to email me at obar@msu.edu. I will be more than happy to speak with you.
Thanks in advance for your help. We have a lot to learn from you.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Obar --Jaobar (talk) 04:13, 14 February 2012 (UTC)

[edit] Igloo not loading
Heya, I get an error saying 'Warning: igloo server returned an error: token-mismatch: your request token could not be verified by the server. Loading stopped.'. What do you suppose is the problem? --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 13:52, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
- This is often a browser issue. What browser are you using? Ale_Jrbtalk 14:24, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
- Mozilla Firefox v. 10. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 14:44, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
- That's very odd, igloo is working correctly with that version of Firefox. Make sure any Javascript security extensions, such as NoScript, are allowing igloo to run. This error can also be caused if you conceal or change your referrer during load, so make sure you aren't doing that. If it still doesn't work, try in another browser. Ale_Jrbtalk 15:17, 19 February 2012 (UTC)
- I've got no clue about referrers. I believe it was because I was using a Public Computer. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 10:36, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

[edit] Session closing
Igloo sometimes closes whilst I'm reverting after which it shows something like session expired or closed like that. Any way to avoid it? I'm using firefox 11.0 Shriram (talk) 14:32, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
[edit] Igloo csd
Hi, I finished all the bug fixes on igloocsd so I was hoping you could put it in the dev version of gloo. What I did: Completely rewrote csdlink to use wa_element, fixed ids and some other minor things that I discovered. What still remains: a picture for the module and to shift the modules location (right now it occupies igloo hist's spot. I don't know how to do either so I was wondering if you could do that. Thanks, --Kangaroopowah 02:40, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
- I'll take a look at it at some point. I'm super busy with life atm though, so no idea when that will be. As soon as possible hopefully. Ale_Jrbtalk 13:33, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
[edit] Problems loading igloo
I thought I'd try igloo out, but its not loading. It keeps on saying it can't connect to the server. I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome. Thanks, Liam987 20:20, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
