Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Ambassador - Christology.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Ambassador - Christology.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 08:50, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Yolanda Adams - Christmas with Yolanda.jpg[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg

Image:Yolanda Adams - Christmas with Yolanda.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Fair use images[edit]

Hi Aquatiki, I wanted to let you know that a bot removed two of the images you displayed on your userpage, I realize you are just listing those images you uploaded, but under the fair use policy, they cannot be displayed on your userpage. Instead, I changed the images to show the links, so anyone visiting can see them, (and so you don't have the funny example.jpg image that the bot replaced them with, lol) I hope you understand! WALL-E (soundtrack)[edit]

Why don't you search on google?. Iam having bad headaches because of users like you. Can't an article exist peacefully?. Category:Film soundtracks. Then what is the purpose of having that category when half of the article does not have a source. --SkyWalker (talk) 18:02, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

I don't understand what you are saying. Could you explain it to make it more clearer?. Here is more info [1] and [2]. It is hard to get statistics for soundtracks. Most of this games and music soundtracks are sold online not in retail. Online stores such has itunes. --SkyWalker (talk) 18:19, 2 July 2008 (UTC)

Trip Lee[edit]

Thank you so much for helpin get back the page. I had no clue how to do it and it was a shame for an artist like him to not have a page. Thanks again! Dimsim da man (talk) 20:41, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

Four Document Hypothesis[edit]

Actually it has not conflict, but the "Four Document Hypothesis" usually is associated with Pentateuch. Hypothesis of Streeter is well known. Leszek Jańczuk (talk) 10:40, 13 June 2009 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of John R. Butler[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article John R. Butler has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This page was a redirect to a different John [C] Butler. John R Butler appears to be a non-notable, possibly comedy musical act -- see http://johnrbutler.com/ for what little detail I could find.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Arthur Holland (talk) 16:12, 1 March 2011 (UTC)

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 21:06, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
