A tag has been placed on F. Ivy Carroll, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. →Στc. 21:15, 19 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Uw-username[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I noticed that your username (Aschwole) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because [it is a] possible variation of the word "asshole". If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you. — KC9TV 06:06, 3 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Social dominance orientation, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dog-eat-dog (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Hello, Aschwole, and thank you for your contributions!

Some text in an article you worked on Methyldiazirinol, appears to be directly copied from http://www.totalflexblog.com/prohormone-and-designer-steroid-profiles/methyldiazirinol/. Please take a minute to double-check that you're following proper citing, quoting and close paraphrasing guidelines. The Help desk is always a good place to ask if you're not sure.

It's entirely possible that this bot made a mistake, so please feel free to remove this notice and the tag it placed on Methyldiazirinol at any time. MadmanBot (talk) 00:03, 27 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Emitefur requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Jinkinson talk to me 19:16, 11 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

To any admin considering unblock[edit]

The editor here, Aschwole, posted an unblock request that contained a threat of personal violence to the blocking admin and his family. I reverted the edit and requested oversight, but clearly this is an editor that should never be unblocked. Let's throw away the key on this one. BMK: Grouchy Realist (talk) 08:35, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, and to that end, I've cut off talk page access. Heimstern Läufer (talk) 12:45, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Fidarestat[edit]

Hello Aschwole,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Fidarestat for deletion, because it seems to be an article that was created in violation of a block or ban. Content created by banned users will be deleted immediately.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Nechlison (talk) 14:07, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:ChessBase Logo.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:ChessBase Logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 02:30, 14 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
