Are you a bot? Or are you a person?[edit]

If you are a bot, you should see Wikipedia:Bot Approvals Group. If you are a human, your username is No way Jose. Pete aka --Shirt58 (talk) 14:12, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry. I'm absolutely not a bot. Just a wiki-newbie, and I am not so good at English. Because English isn't my mother tongue. --Automaton wiki (talk) 10:28, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your message. (Your username really does suggest that you might be an automated process instead of a person; you can ask for a change of username here.)
You don't need to answer this question, but it might help your fellow Wikipedia users to help you if you do answer. What is your first language?
My first language is English. I'm an enthusiastic tourist in other languages, but if I get lost I have to ask for directions - in English.
