Disambiguation link notification for March 5[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2013 in Sweden, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Danish (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

MF[edit]

I will watch it direct tomorrow. It is on much earlier time in Montreal in the afternoon. By the way, I have watched MF for 7 years and almost always was wrong in predicting the result except for "Euphoria" that I predicted will win. That was the only time. I just hated last year's Sanna Nielsen's "Undo" as I told you it was a mediocre song and just loved Yohio in "Heartbreak Hotel]". But Sanna won and did quite well even in final voting in Eurovision. But absolute favourite from recent years was strangely enough Swingfly with "and My Drum]" , a very sexy lyrics song. I also adored Behrang Miri's "Dansa Sawa]". He had a great video with it. I would love Jon Henrik Fjällgren to win, a wonderful tune, plus that he is Colombian who was adopted by the Sanni, so even more exotic to represent Sweden. I just adored him when I saw him Talang Sverige last year. Except that his song doesn't have much lyrics in the song, does it... Just a few words in Swedish or Sanni I am not sure. Plus his stage presentation is just awful. He should change these flying angels.... or whatever they are. He did a video which was so much nicer here. Anyway we will see after voting. werldwayd (talk) 21:10, 12 March 2015 (UTC)

Here we go in just 20 minutes. I am already tuned in for final to start at 8 pm. This will probably be my 8th year I am watching it. werldwayd (talk) 18:38, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
Måns Zelmerlöw: Heroes was clearly the favourite with almost all international juries as well, which tells you it was appealing internationally. Now announcers need to know how to pronounce his seemingly impossible name... I bet 9 times out of ten they'll still get it wrong. werldwayd (talk) 18:37, 15 March 2015 (UTC)

Swedish in Irish Eurosong[edit]

I forgot to tell you about Erika Selin. She was in the elimination rounds for Eurovision for Ireland with the song with "Break Me Up". In the song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvNqOFtopsg you see also guitarist Cecilia Kallin from Timoteij who had sung "Kom" years ago. The other guitarist is her brother Charles Kallin. It finished third for Irish entry. werldwayd (talk) 21:24, 12 March 2015 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Inga disticha[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Inga disticha requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a specific animal, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. 1000s of potential DYKs[edit]

If interested in such a reference book, then e-mail me Douglas_Coldwell at Yahoo.--Doug Coldwell (talk) 10:34, 22 March 2015 (UTC)

The name of the reference book is Famous First Facts. I have a text file of it that is 4 MG big. Likely you can get the large book at your library or through ILL.--Doug Coldwell (talk) 15:21, 22 March 2015 (UTC)

Lind's private railroad car[edit]

I haven't got the time to look into this, but just passing it on -

Did You Know ...that the first private railroad car was outfitted for the singer Jenny Lind, the “Swedish Nightingale,” who made her first American appearance on September 11, 1850, at Castle Garden, New York City. The car was used on her tour of the country.
Maybe you can find the name of this car and create an article.--Doug Coldwell (talk) 14:34, 22 March 2015 (UTC)

Måns[edit]

Thanks for the note. I had a reference ready to add (and I'm normally super thorough with adding good references!), but I must have not added it! Thanks for fixing it! Robyn2000 (talk) 10:56, 28 March 2015 (UTC)

Re songwriting discography. Yes, I think that's worth adding, especially as there's more than one. Here's an example of a way to present songwriting info: Anton Malmberg Hård af Segerstad. Robyn2000 (talk) 22:44, 28 March 2015 (UTC)
