Cassie J. Sneider[edit]

You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.
Ambox warning pn.svg

The article Cassie J. Sneider has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:56, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

Re your message: I have restored the article to your user space at User:BenStein69/Cassie J. Sneider. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 16:01, 31 March 2013 (UTC)

Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Barack Obama. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Dawn Bard (talk) 03:40, 21 March 2013 (UTC)

April 2013[edit]

Hello, I'm Jauerback. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Seth MacFarlane, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 03:30, 18 April 2013 (UTC)

What About Bob black comedy[edit]

I had deleted this because my mind interpreted black comedy as something else, in which case I know What About Bob is not! Sorry about that.Charger2 (talk) 01:26, 26 April 2013 (UTC)

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Haight-Ashbury, but we cannot accept original research. Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Disambiguation link notification for June 10[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Todd James Pierce, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Willow Springs (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Information icon Hello, I'm Amaury. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Atlantic Records, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did to Kath Soucie, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Bbb23 (talk) 15:02, 26 June 2013 (UTC)

  • I don't mind your continuing to try to find a reliable source for Soucie's birth date, but, thus far, you have repeatedly failed. Therefore, I suggest if you think you have found a reliable source, don't change the article. Instead, open a topic on the talk page of the article and list the source for others to evaluate. Otherwise, if you continue to add critical material to a WP:BLP without a reliable source, you risk being blocked.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:46, 27 June 2013 (UTC)
To expand and edify, the problem with those sources were threefold: 1) IMDb is supported by user-contributions with no clear editorial oversight, which makes it unreliable as a source. 2) CelebrityNetWorth has a similar problem with no clear editorial policy or presumed amount of fact-checking. 3) The RottenTomatoes reference states in the first paragraph that the article came from Wikipedia. Since we can't use Wikipedia as a source, that is problematic as well. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:42, 27 June 2013 (UTC)

Cristy C. Road[edit]

Hello, BenStein69, and thank you for your contributions!

An article you worked on Cristy C. Road, appears to be directly copied from http://zinewiki.com/Cristy_Road. Please take a minute to make sure that the text is freely licensed and properly attributed as a reference, otherwise the article may be deleted.

Speedy deletion nomination of Cristy C. Road[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Cristy C. Road requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://zinewiki.com/Cristy_Road. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Bihco (talk) 19:43, 27 June 2013 (UTC)
