January 2015[edit]

Information icon Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to 2014–15 Primeira Liga does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! SLBedit (talk) 02:36, 30 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Tables using fb templates should be changed to Lua modules[edit]

Hi,

thank you for creating soccer league season articles. As a quick heads-up on the style guide for these articles – the tables for both the league standings and the results boxes should now use the respective Lua modules since the fb template series is going to be phased out for performance reasons. For the standings, there also currently is a conversion effort underway.

So, could you check your recently created season articles and change at least the standings to the new module? If you need more information on how to use the modules, take a look at Module:Sports table and Module:Sports results. Thanks in advance! :-) – Soccer-holicI hear voices in my head... 08:51, 10 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for September 12[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. About Girabola relegation[edit]

Hi pal! Just to let you know that all teams relegated from the Girabola must contest in their related province's championship to be held the following year. The winner(s) (some provinces qualify two teams) of the provincial championships will then participate in the second division league to be held later the same year. No relegated team from the girabola qualifies directly to the next year's Gira Angola. Regards!

Hi. Kindly stop reverting my edits to the article and its templates outright; I have compromised in some areas such as the league table but there needs to be an element of consistency with the previous seasons' articles and tidiness in the code to make it easier to edit. As for the top scorers list, there is no need to include all 46 players on 1 goal as that just makes the article unnecessarily longer and harder to read; replace player names with a rowspan and text saying "x players" to keep things simple.
