Platko > Plattkó[edit]

Hi there. You have moved Esteban Platko to István Plattkó and Franz Platko to Ferenc Plattkó; do you know what the Hungarian name of Carlos Platko, a third brother, was? Regards, GiantSnowman 11:59, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

Hi! He was Károly Plattkó in Hungarian. I will move asap - Csurla (talk) 12:01, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

Antal Vago[edit]

Thanks for the assistance freind! Good work. I think he retired at 1920, So how come he can win any Championships after that? Can you add a ref to that? HonorTheIsland (talk) 13:53, 18 January 2013 (UTC)

January 2013[edit]

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Antal Vágó, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. GiantSnowman 14:27, 18 January 2013 (UTC)

Ideally we would need direct, inline citations so we can verify information. GiantSnowman 15:50, 18 January 2013 (UTC)

Just so you know[edit]

It's advised that when removing interwiki links from a page, you link to WP:WDATA in your edit summary, if your intent is to assist in the Wikidata transition. That way patrolling editors can distinguish your edits from vandalism (which until a few days ago is what it almost always meant if a user was removing all the links.) — PinkAmpers&(Je vous invite à me parler) 07:13, 19 February 2013 (UTC)

Edit warring[edit]

Information icon Hello Csurla, and thank you for your contributions. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Ștefan Kovács. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. — Mr. Stradivarius ♪ talk ♪ 12:38, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

Apologies if you've seen this before - I just wanted to make sure that you were aware of the relevant policies. Let me know if you have any questions about my actions here. Best — Mr. Stradivarius ♪ talk ♪ 12:49, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

Hungarian help needed[edit]

Hello Csurla, I'm contacting you because we need some Hungarian translators to help with the deployment of the new VisualEditor on hu.wikipedia. There are help pages, user guides, and description pages that need translating, as well as the interface itself. The translating work is going on over on MediaWiki: Translation Central. I also need help with a personal message for the Hungarian Wikipedians. If you are able to help in any way, either reply here, or head over to TranslationCentral. Thanks for your time, PEarley (WMF) (talk) 01:15, 17 July 2013 (UTC)

Dzsenifer Marozsán[edit]

Hi, I noticed you undid my edit about her being a Hungarian footballer. Although she is of Hungarian descent, there is no evidence of her having Hungarian nationality anywhere in the article. Being born in a particular country does not necessarily mean she has citizenship for it. If you have a reliable source indicating her dual nationality, please add it to the article and the category can be re-added. Thanks, 206.45.85.82 (talk) 22:24, 31 January 2014 (UTC)

And still you have no source she is hungarian. Yes his father has olayed for hungary national team but that does not make her hungerian. Find a source or stop adding unsourced content. And even if you find that info WP:OPENPARA says it should not be in the lead anyway. QED237 (talk) 20:36, 1 February 2014 (UTC)
