If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Beaver Motorcoach Corporation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. BiH (talk) 22:19, 16 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

About edit summaries[edit]

Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. About show preview[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In the future, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. Valfontis (talk) 20:36, 18 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Cybertrain/Tristan: Please see notes on Beaver Motorcoach Corporation talk page. Have put article into standard wiki-format and removed cut-and-paste text taken from "History of the Beaver Brand" open forum web-site. Please note that plagiarism is big "no-no" in Wikipedia. I left basic facts in the article, but those facts need to be sourced. As rule of thumb, use the same kind of sources for Wikipedia that a professor would accept in a college term paper (e.g. Bend Bulletin or Eugene Register-Guard are good sources...blog’s and open forum web-sites aren’t appropriate for Wikipedia). While the article still needs some more work, believe it should be good enough to avoid being deleted. FYI, creating/editing articles gets easier the more you do it…good luck!--Orygun (talk) 00:26, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    • I second that you need to start using citations to reliable sources. Much of what you are writing looks like what we call original research. It's great that you are expanding the info on what was once a very important industry in Western Oregon, but without sources all the info you are adding is subject to removal at any time. We're trying to work with you here. Please click through the blue links in this message and read about how and what to cite. Cheers, Valfontis (talk) 19:23, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for September 10[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Apple Pay, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Target. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
