Fair use rationale for Image:Nycbb1.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Nycbb1.jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.

Ethnic-group lists deletion discussions[edit]

Hi, I noticed you participated in at least one of these three deletion discussions:

All three discussions have similar issues but are leaning in different directions, so you may want to participate in the others, if only for the sake of consistencey and to avoid accusations that Wikipedians are being unfair to some group or groups (which is something that concerns me).
