However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. Vandalism

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Your disruptive edits have been noted, even if you try to hide them between legitimate edits. In particular:

• Legazpi, Albay: inserting factual errors like population and runway length, removal of images, unexplained deletions
• Ligao: removal of images and references, changing factual data
• List of Cultural Properties of the Philippines in the Bicol Region: removal of content
• List of cities in the Philippines: removal of content

If you sincerely want to contribute to WP, familiarize yourself with its policies and guidelines, or ask help. And you have to add a reliable source as reference for the population numbers you added to Minalabac, San Fernando, and Pili.
