Musee-de-lArmee-IMG 1091.jpg Hi! I've seen you editing Shannara related articles here on Wikipedia, and so I would like to invite you to join the Shannara task force, an effort by Wikipedians to improve the series' coverage on this encyclopedia. Please consider signing up here and helping us out. Thank you in advance!

June 2009[edit]

Information.svg Your recent edit to the page Haley Paige appears to have added incorrect information and has been reverted or removed. All information in this encyclopedia must be verifiable in a reliable, published source. If you believe the information that you added was correct, please cite the references or sources or before making the changes, discuss them on the article's talk page. Please use the sandbox for any other tests that you wish to make. Do take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thank you. December 2009[edit]

Thank you for your recent additions to Jaws (film). Unfortunately, your addition has been removed because there was no source for your information. You will notice that that article is particularly well referenced, and changes should conform to this high standard. Please remember to always support your additions with reliable sources. Thanks. Requested move: Yang Xuefei[edit]

I feel this article should be at Xuefei Yang as that's how she's always introduced (you commented on how DJs pronounce her name on air) and this is where the article sat quite hapily for a long time until it was unilaterally moved by another user in June. I would welcome your comments on the discussion. Many thanks, JRawle (Talk) 13:44, 9 January 2010 (UTC)

Move done anyway... If you are still interested, I recommend for an idea of Chinese pronunciation. Just enter the Chinese characters 杨雪霏 and it'll give you audio clips of how to pronounce each one, as well as giving their meaning. JRawle (Talk) 15:09, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

User page[edit]

Recent edits, I was taking a look at some of your recent edits, and I was rather pleased. However, I came here to congratulate you, as a new editor finding a good way to employ your time here, only to find out that you have over 2,000 edits. However, I noticed that your User page was still red-linked. Why don't you add a little information about yourself there, it helps demonstrate you long term commitment to the community. Happy editing, keep up the good work, and if you need any help, feel free to contact me on my talk, Sadads (talk) 23:48, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Misuse of minor edit flag[edit]

Information.svg Thank you for your contributions. Please remember to mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Angels & Demons (film), as "minor" only if they truly are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Yworo (talk) 20:25, 26 September 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Zoecon[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Zoecon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Jimmy Pitt talk 12:50, 15 December 2010 (UTC)

March 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Hōichi the Earless, but we cannot accept original research. Original research also encompasses novel, unpublished syntheses of previously published material. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. Oda Mari (talk) 14:11, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

July 2011[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Ingrid Bergman. Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Cognate247 (talk) 19:10, 24 July 2011 (UTC)

Botany of Desire[edit]

Good job! Viriditas (talk) 10:28, 16 August 2011 (UTC)

I saw your comment (rather not call her Bachmann before name changed), but I really don't think we can call her Michele. See WP:Surname. I appreciate your motivation, though. Thanks -- Jo3sampl (talk) 22:13, 25 August 2011 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Ikagami[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Ikagami has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of existence, no indication what "apaneune" means, not a useful encyclopedia article.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. PamD 22:52, 31 August 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Ikabana[edit]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Ikabana, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Nomination of Ikagami for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Ikagami is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ikagami until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. PamD 22:52, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
