I think we have a case of sockpuppetry going on because the Kevin c Hagen article was recreated only with a small h instead of capital, only a few seconds after the first one. No thats fine!!. Some of the greatest missing articles on wikipedia are on other wikipedias written by their own people in their own language. Even if we get the pages started it is a start and hopefully all the info can be completely translated asap.
