October 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm SubSeven. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page 2012 Formula One season, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. --SubSeven (talk) 05:00, 21 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Furthermore, your edit request for a link to the F1 Deals website has not been done. The reason for this is because Wikipedia is not advertising. Wikipedia's policy on this says the following:
External links to commercial organizations are acceptable if they identify major organizations which are the topic of the article.
The F1 Deals website that you want the pages to link to is not a major organisation, and nor is it the topic of the article. Therefore, it is considered unacceptable. If you continue to add these links, you may be referred to the adminstrators and lose your editing privileges. Prisonermonkeys (talk) 05:05, 21 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Ok

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Salvio Let's talk about it! 13:17, 21 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
