Kesha

Before you reverted or well basically as you reverted I added more to the discussion. But right now i am going to help add more info to you revision so I would like to take time to apoligize.--Anesleyp (talk) 22:00, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

I know that this is really late but I read the history on Kesha and you said "the look" phrase was intentionally messed up by that "other user" (which was me). I didn't intentionally mess up anything.--Anesleyp (talk) 01:21, 24 March 2010 (UTC)

The reason I reverted your edit on the picture is because I saw you said if you object to it revert it.--Anesleyp (talk) 23:06, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Pussycat Dolls

You are the only user i know who has actively removed verified twitter accounts and interviews all-be-it sourced by youtube. in my past year experience of editing on wikipedia video content from youtube has been allowed if it is displayed in the cite video template and also if it is official e.g. an official interview. Lil-unique1 (talk) 16:54, 26 March 2010 (UTC)

Your Love Is My Drug

hsha. I just copied the 'song' template from a prior version of the page. I didn't review it all, just put the exact release date 'as a song' being the same as the album as is mentioned in the text. Glad you fixed it, but hey...that's your name :)—Iknow23 (talk) 03:27, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

The Kesha article

Im not going to revert your edits but I have one question. You said that the article stands as 28kilobytes. Is that too big for the article.--Anesleyp (talk) 02:00, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Kesha's personal life

I am working on improving Kesha's personal life section. Just thought that i would let you know.--Anesleyp (talk) 16:09, 4 April 2010 (UTC)

Edit summaries like these are not acceptable. Please assume good faith with other editors. And just so you know, two songs doesn't necessarily mean that a certain act is associated with another. Associated acts is really only for bands a solo artist has been a part of or bands that share multiple members - not people who have collaborated one or two times. –Chase (talk) 01:23, 6 April 2010 (UTC)

Hey Fixer23
I'm wondering about Kesha discography. There is a section titled "As featured artist" and another section titled "Other appearances" with the description "These songs have not appeared on a studio album by Kesha." Wouldn't that description also fit "Right Round" (Flo Rida featuring Kesha) as it is not on Kesha's album?? Also doesn't "Dirty Picture" feature Kesha but it isn't in the "As featured artist" section. I guess I'm just all confused over those two sections.—Iknow23 (talk) 06:34, 6 April 2010 (UTC)

I don't understand this at Lily Allen discography either. Section title says "As featured artist" so it should be comprehensive and include them all whether they chart or not. One can always add like at Lily Allen discography the
"—" denotes releases that did not chart or were not released.
Iknow23 (talk) 20:08, 6 April 2010 (UTC)

Hi.

About this article, is very good work but without personnel section is only a stub, i`ll let it unassessed until you add the section. Zidane tribal (talk) 05:02, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

I`m sorry to sound so bitchy but you only added technical personnel, not a single performer, i`ll rate it a start, but it could be a C with the performers. Zidane tribal (talk) 00:36, 26 April 2010 (UTC)

Cquote

Please show me a rule where cquote isn't used for the body? Then it means a cquote can't be used at all? Please explain. Jayy008 (talk) 13:02, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

Kesha Animal

Hello fellow wikipedian =)

This message is reguarding your last edit to "Animal". I have reverted your last edit because it appears to be somewhat unconstructive. I believe since so much information was deleted that this should be brought up on the Talk Page to see how other editors feel about this rather than just one person deciding. I would love to discuss this further if you choose to start a new section on the talk page. =) (CK...... (talk) 09:03, 26 April 2010 (UTC))

Tik Tok

Hello, just popped in to say thank you for you kind words and for including a description for the move (most people dont).
Im writing this just so you are aware that i have moved the sound clip back to where i had it because im basing it on "Good Article" standards and all GA's ive seen include a music sample of some sort in the "composition" or "music lyrics" section.
Thank you, =) ..:CK:.. (talk2me) 00:55, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

Request

I noticed you have tried to parafrase the writing and insperation secion of Tik Tok. Its done pretty well, i just have a suggestion, "She related her songwriting process to" is used in the first and third sentence. Could you please remove/refrase one of them to make it sound better =)

(Feel free to respond here, or on my Talk Page) ..:CK:.. (talk2me) 06:32, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

Actually let me be more specific. "She related her songwriting process to "Tik Tok", where she woke up one next morning surrounded by "beautiful women" after attending a party the night before and returning home half-drunk. This event inspired the first line of the song where she imagines Diddy being in such a scenario."
This sentence doesnt quite make sense, its over stating whats already been said, and the wording is a little bit off. ..:CK:.. (talk2me) 06:37, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

Vandalism Work :)

Hello, Thank you for reverting vandalism on Animal (Kesha album). I have noticed you do revert alot of vandalism which is great, but ive noticed you havnt been warning users. You will find this page useful as it is a good idea to issue warnings to users who violate wiki rules. Here are a list of templates :) ----> [1] ..:CK:.. (talk2me) 02:33, 2 June 2010 (UTC)

Your Love Is My Drug

Hey bud, you removed alot in Your Love Is My Drug, Its not gunna pass a GA nomination now, its too short. (CK)Lakeshadetalk2me 08:34, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

Dont apologize, definitely not a biggy. Im planning on nominating it next week, or when ever Music notes Publishes the Sheet music so i can finish the Composition Section. (Which is somewhat combined with the Writing and Insperation, so im going to revert your edits for now, that cool?) (CK)Lakeshadetalk2me 08:40, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

Oops, you going to see a bad comment on Take It Off History, i thought an IP stole credit for my work for like the 6th time, didnt realize that it was you :) Whoopsies :D. So just ignore it, i dont care at all that you added it, some IP just likes to take my work, thought it was him again. (CK)Lakeshadetalk2me 22:20, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

Kesha PR

I will be glad to take a second look at the article and scomment on the PR. Unfortunately I do not have time to do a copy edit. There are people who might listed at WP:PRV. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 14:56, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

  • I just added some more comments to the PR and made a few minor copyedits. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 02:47, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
    • You are very welcome - you might want to double check the PR and make sure all of the comments have been addressed. For example, I suggested another image from the discography, or including the years in the early career section was already in the PR. Keep up the good work, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 02:53, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

File:JR & Babe Cover Story Image (Main).JPG

Hello, Fixer23. Why was this file deleted? It has been there for years now, and was there for critical commentary to represent the main version of the JR Chandler and Babe Carey couple. Flyer22 (talk) 20:43, 29 July 2010 (UTC)

As I stated on my talk page, thanks for explaining. Flyer22 (talk) 21:33, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

Amelle Berrabah Personal Life

Hi, you recently performed another edit on Anmelle Berrabah's personal life, which I disagreed with. I think the yoga information should stay and possibly even the birthdays. With respect, I think your immediate removal of information that you, by your own admission, suggest possibly should even have stayed is aggressive.... Keith1234 (talk) 12:53, 1 August 2010 (UTC)

Scanned images

"It was deleted because it was a scan from a page in a magazine (which belongs to the publisher, not the person who happens to scan and crop it) as opposed to the other picture which was provided by ABC on their website as promotional material."

I am afraid to ask this, because this image is very important, I feel, but does what you stated above also apply to File:Toddscar.jpg used in the Signature scar and the hair part of the Todd Manning article? I did not crop this image; it has often been circulated on soap opera websites such as Soapoperadigest.com, and in magazines (but with sometimes better quality). Because of this, I can only assume that it is freely promotional. Editors who have reviewed the Todd Manning article also stated that all of the images there were fine and properly used.

And regarding the JR and Babe picture again, if I can find that image on a soap opera site where it is clearly demonstrated as promotional, it would then be okay to use, right? Flyer22 (talk) 19:00, 2 August 2010 (UTC)

Amelle Berrabah Personal Life

Thanks for your message. You've been an editor here longer than I have, so I trust your overall judgement - I was merely questioning the possibility that my information might be notable.. Never mind, cheers anyway! Keith1234 (talk) 15:45, 3 August 2010 (UTC)

Fixer, sorry to bother you again. But would you weigh in on this? I am utterly confused about what I have done wrong in this case. Flyer22 (talk) 16:14, 6 August 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for replying. I replied on my talk page. Flyer22 (talk) 17:41, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
Hmm, not screenshots? I have never really seen them used as promotional images, though. They are shots taken from two different episodes. Flyer22 (talk) 20:17, 8 August 2010 (UTC)

Hey again, Fixer. I'm just wondering why you changed this image? I know you're doing your job, and I don't object much to the change, but both images are screenshots from my view and the previous image has already been through a deletion debate and won its right to stay; it's also a close-up version of the incident. Flyer22 (talk) 19:29, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

As stated on my talk page: "Okay, Fixer. It's just that it looked/looks like a simple screenshot to me. Thanks for making the current picture a more close-up one." Flyer22 (talk) 15:55, 19 August 2010 (UTC)

My Sugababes Image

Should we leave, File:SugababesInEntirety.png by the wayside since you have decided to use this one? I think we can put it in the Members section. IHelpWhenICan (talk) 08:02, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

It's ok. It's JUST an image. Went ahead and added it. Well know if they like it depending if it is gone in the morning. IHelpWhenICan (talk) 08:22, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Comment

You commented " I also suggest information about the last song be moved to her sophomore album since it does not pertain much to this " on Animal. Im keeping it as it retains to the ending track and why she put it there in this album. Its not per say very relevant to her second album (which ive already started :P ) - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 06:26, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Just going to comment here. Talk:Giving You Up/GA1 feel free to weigh in. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 07:48, 9 September 2010 (UTC)

Kesha/English descent

I admit to going overboard with the "English descent" category, but when I typed Sebert in the search box I got redirected to an article about an English king Sæberht of Essex. But then it ain't right to assume; Wikipedia has article about a German named Günter Sebert and the former mayor of the French town of Saonnet is named Pierre Sebert. Re: NFCC

Not all extra album covers violate NFCC. But that Animal + Cannibal cover is a blatant violation of WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8. The cover is half of the Cannibal cover and half of the Animal cover placed together - we have both of the original covers uploaded so that extra cover has no business on Wikipedia. Hello, you contacted me about this file. Are you one of wikipedia's moderators? This file was marked for deletion because it is showing up as an orphaned file. However, it was not orphaned... it was being used in the Thomas Gibson article, but someone deleted it. I filled out the "claim of fair use" info. Please let me know why it does not qualify. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cb243386 (talkcontribs) 06:22, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
