He did not. Somebody else removed him, so I think the data there is accurate... I just hope they do something about this, because the whole thing here becomes pretty pathetic. I am not sure whether or not you monitor the political situation in Bulgaria, but they seem to be unable to form a government and things are looking like there will be preliminary elections.
