Media Viewer RfC case opened[edit]

You were recently recently offered a statement in a request for arbitration. The Arbitration Committee has accepted that request for arbitration and an arbitration case has been opened at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Media Viewer RfC. Evidence that you wish the arbitrators to consider should be added to the evidence subpage, at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Media Viewer RfC/Evidence. Please add your evidence by July 26, 2014, which is when the evidence phase closes. You can also contribute to the case workshop subpage, Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Media Viewer RfC/Workshop. For a guide to the arbitration process, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Guide to arbitration. Before adding evidence please review the scope of the case. Mentioned at AE[edit]

Your name was mentioned by the submitter of WP:AE#Ezzex. This was a request for ARBPIA sanctions (for POV-pushing) against an editor who you warned on 17 July in this ANI thread. Referring to the topic of the I/P conflict, you stated "I am going to strongly urge you to make sure that all of your edits on that topic are dedicated to the improvement of the article rather than promulgating or refuting an ideology." The submitter of the AE seems to be complaining that your advice has not been taken. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 02:23, 22 July 2014 (UTC)
