John George Haigh[edit]

Thanks for your contributions -- do you have sources for your changes? If so, please could you verify your additions by adding citations. Cusop Dingle (talk) 19:09, 29 January 2012 (UTC)

It would be helpful if you could indicate in your edit summaries why you're making these changes and what your reference is. Cusop Dingle (talk) 19:25, 30 January 2012 (UTC)

National Socialist Underground[edit]

Your edit there (21:41, 3 July 2012). - Excellent idea to direct readers attention to where improvement is necessary! - I put it now as follows: "E. is suspected by the Attorney General of Germany to have produced the notorious propaganda movie mocking the victims of the serial murders and claiming responsibility for the afore unknown NSU." - Please would you kindly have a look at it whether it's good English now. - Best regards -- (talk) 04:48, 9 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi, thank you so much. That's how things should be done. - As you might have guessed, I'm German. If you're wondering why the article is stuffed with so many very long and complicated phrases, here is a good read: "The Awful German Language" - by one of my favorite authors (text available at Wikisource via link there). -- (talk) 19:26, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

Billy Butlin[edit]

Thanks for your edit, I've amended it slightly - his first wife's birth name was Doris (as cited to the register of births) but used Dorothy on her marriage register. I notice an unreliable genealogical site on Google also gives Dorothy and a d.o.b four years later but I'm certain the register entry is correct. I can only speculate on why it happened - but it could either be personal preference or registrar error. Stuart.Jamieson (talk) 07:19, 5 March 2013 (UTC)

Cornelius Vermuyden[edit]

Hi Hillsbro I have raised a query on the Cornelius Vermuyden talk page about his middle name, which I think you added. Do you by any chance have a source for it? Southdevonian (talk) 12:41, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
