Nice new article and nice pic! I see it is dated in 2003; you've been saving it up. By the way, there is a tool available which helps to create NRHP infoboxes. Just search for a given NRHP title at http://www2.elkman.net/nrhp/infobox.php and it will generate a cut-and-paste-ready NRHP infobox for your use in an article. For example, it could be used to add an infobox to Delamater-Bevin Mansion. It's easier and more accurate than cutting and pasting from a previous NRHP article, because it fills out the standard fields for you. You then can add other information, add a pic, etc. Anyhow, glad you are on board, keep up the good work! doncram (talk) 05:30, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, excellent work on this article and many others I see you've worked on.

The location of the Bevin House, or any other historical homes, must only be it's current location, which would be in Asharoken, NY. This would be true for both the infobox and the opening general summary paragraph. However, if you feel it is a worthy contribution to the article, you can add facts such as these to the body of the article. So it is still considered to be currently located in Asharoken but you can certainly mention that the home predates the village and that the location was considered Eatons Neck from the time Bevin House was built until whatever year. If you want further opinions on this or any issues you can always ask for input at the Wikipedia:Village pump. Thanks again for all of your contributions. --Fife Club (talk) 15:01, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Eaton Harbors Corporation[edit]

A tag has been placed on Eaton Harbors Corporation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you.  Logical Premise Ergo? 17:22, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cornelius H. DeLamater[edit]

I just noticed the image of Cornelius H. DeLamater that you added to The Bevin House article. That led me to also find the article you wrote on Cornelius H. DeLamater himself. Nice work on both the article and finding/uploading that image. Thanks. --Fife Club (talk) 16:48, 6 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
