Proposed deletion of Waka (protocol)[edit]

The article Waka (protocol) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I've been traveling, using a computer belonging to my organization. Because our communication is sometimes sensitive, and WiFi hotspots encountered while traveling are often not trustworthy, the computer uses a VPN.

Tonight I tried to fix a broken link on the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasta%CA%BFl%C4%ABq.

I got this message:

I'm not using a web host provider AFAICT, and have not been blocked until this trip, so I assume the problem is caused by my using a VPN.
