Sorry, I'm just a little confused - you want to create a Polish equivalent on pl.wikipedia.org? If so - there's something to start out with: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polonia_w_Stanach_Zjednoczonych#Historia but it should obviously be expanded.
