Would you look over Wikipedia:Deletions and Openness and see what you think? I agree that civility is part of the problem, but I really think it will be easier to reverse this trend using software, rather than "excommunicating" the quality-control teams from the project. --HectorMoffet (talk) 08:02, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
