Fair use rationale for Image:KKcw.jpg

[edit]
Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:KKcw.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. When you use a generic fair use tag such as {{fair use}} or {{fair use in|article name}}, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Side note

[edit]

As a side note, please be more careful when uploading images in the future. Just because an article doesn't have an image, it doesn't mean that a fair use image is allowed. Please review Wikipedia policies and guidelines before doing any future uploads. Thanks. --PS2pcGAMER (talk) 11:02, 9 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

P.S.

[edit]

I've gone back and tagged all your active images uploads for missing a fair use rationale. Please take the appropriate actions to rectify the problems (either adding a FU rationale or ceasing to upload images where FU can't be justified). --PS2pcGAMER (talk) 11:08, 9 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that Image:Kristin_Kreuk.jpg is a copyrighted image and cannot be used on the Kristin Kreuk Wikipedia article. Please do not replace this image on the article. Thanks, Gwernol 16:26, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You are invited to join WikiProject TRANSWIKI and join the sub language project of your choice. The aim is to draw up a full directory of missing articles from other wikipedias by language and build a team of translators to work at bridging the gaps in knowledge between other wikipedias. Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Jenalexia! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 6 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Juan A. Baptista - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Hi, I need a translation of a sentence, into Mandarin (transcripion only)

[edit]
  1. The sentence is: "Welcome to the first stage, of the fourth international program of MAL's method, the internatinal training course of MAL, 2021"
  2. By "program" I mean, like in: "governmental program", or "educational program", and the like.
  3. By "stage" I mean: phase/part/step (Actually the "program" consists of a few stages).
  4. I know to use GoogleTranslate, but I need a native translation.
  5. Additionally, I would like to know how to pronounce the whole translated sentence (including "2021"), so what I Realy need is the transcription in IPA (or in Latin letters, as close to the original pronunciation as possible - if you are not familiar with IPA). Please mark also the stress, e.g. by adding an apostrophe before the stressed syllable (or by typing the stressed vowel in a capital letter).

Unicode chart translation request

[edit]

Hello. I maintain multilingual Wikimedia charts showing roadmaps to the various planes of the Unicode Standard.
I'm hoping you will provide Indonesian and Thai translations for me.
The specifics are at User:Drmccreedy/roadmap_multilingual.
I machine translated the text as a start. See en:User:Drmccreedy/roadmap_multilingual#Languages_to_proofread.
Thank you for any help you can offer. DRMcCreedy (talk) 22:22, 31 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
