[edit] Orphaned non-free image File:Her Majesty's Government.gif

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Her Majesty's Government.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hugahoody (talk) 18:58, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed deletion of University of East London Stratford Campus

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article University of East London Stratford Campus has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable - nothing here that is not already available at University of East London

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sitush (talk) 00:35, 7 March 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed deletion of Iban Nokan

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Iban Nokan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

After a bit of searching, I found little evidence of coverage by independent sources. Does not appear to pass either WP:BIO or WP:PROF.

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. [edit] FPI

Hi, just wondering if you had a source for your move of Foreign Policy Instruments Service to Foreign Policy Instruments? The Commission does seem to list it as Service here and in the original source on the article.- J.Logan`t: 16:07, 25 July 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Non-free rationale for File:MikeWoodin.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:MikeWoodin.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. [edit] Non-free use of File:Queen Mother funerary lozenge.png

Thank you for uploading File:Queen Mother funerary lozenge.png. However, there is a concern that the use of the image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. Details of this problem, and which specific criteria that the image may not meet, can be obtained by going to the image description page. If you feel that this image does meet those criteria, please place a note on the image description or talk page explaining why. Do not remove the {{di-fails NFCC}} tag itself.

An administrator will review this file within a few days, and having considered the opinions placed on the image page, may delete it in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion or remove the tag entirely. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Moe ε 21:11, 19 November 2011 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Chengchi prediction markets

Re: Talk:Opinion polling for the Republic of China presidential election, 2012

Hi Kaihsu,

Yup really sorry about the mistake, I put the numbers for Ma and Tsai in the reverse columns. As I mainly edit in the Chinese Wikipedia (over there the columns are in reverse order), hence when copying over I usually just replace formatting/ headings, but this time around I forgot to reverse the columns. Will go and change it now.

Thanks,

[edit] Disambiguation link notification

Hi. When you recently edited Jäger Movement, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ostrobothnia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
