You may or may be aware of the Proposed Deletion of your first article Correspondence of the 18th Century Naturalists. Apparently the editor who placed the notice failed to notify you. I intend to remove the notice, but the article will need some improvement if if to stay in Wikipedia. As your first article, it is understandable that is not entirely consistent with WP guidelines. Most first time articles aren't. That said, I believe the content and subject is notable and will withstand scrutiny if you begin to make improvements to the article as suggested. Essentially, by the theme of the title, this is a list and should conform to the WP:List guideline. Get familar with that. You might want to review this essay on Creating Better Lists and look for ideas that will help you improve your article. Finally, I will try and add the appropriate Project templates to the talk page, so that other editors with an interest in 18th Naturalist will be aware of the article and may lend a hand in improving it. I think you've got a very good article here, it just needs some cleaning up. If I can be of further help, please let me know on my talk page. Thanks and good luck.--Mike Cline (talk) 14:17, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have nominated Correspondence of the 18th Century Naturalists, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Correspondence of the 18th Century Naturalists. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. ɠǀɳ̩ςεΝɡbomb 03:12, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Content reorganization[edit]

With regard to the above two deletions, it would be nice if you could reorganize your research within the articles on the personalities mentioned. Please do not take personal offence to the discussions above. They are related to the de facto structure involved within Wikipedia. Also it seems like you might be interested in joining the Wikipedia:WikiProject_History_of_Science. Shyamal (talk) 06:14, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
