[edit] MRI contrast agent
Hi Ke4roh, sorry, I had to undo your changes in the section about Manganese enhance MRI. The statement "Mn2+ enters cells through Calcium Ca2+ channels, so Mn2+ facilitates functional brain imaging." is misleading. There are many types of functional brain imaging and Mn2+ is one type, it doesn't facilitate the other types at all. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cwule (talk • contribs) 18:40, 24 February 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for fixing that. My effort has been to make the article readable to lay people, being one myself with respect to MRI contrast agents, and occasionally that trips up the actual meaning of things by accident. -- ke4roh (talk) 01:55, 25 February 2012 (UTC)

[edit] DYK for Neutral Buoyancy Simulator
| On 29 February 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Neutral Buoyancy Simulator, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that funding for the Neutral Buoyancy Simulator (pictured) prompted a Government Accountability Office reprimand in the United States? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Neutral Buoyancy Simulator. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |
