Adding sources[edit]

Dear MickeyMouse5349:

I received your e-mail, although next time just leave a message here on this talk page on Wikipedia and I will see it.

Your message said that there are plenty of magazines which recognize the WindowsWear Awards. I presume that you mean that they've written about the awards. That's good to hear, because it means that the article will be accepted when it is complete. As the author of the article, and also probably someone in the fashion industry who knows where to look, it is up to you to find articles written by the journalists in these magazines (rather than ads or press releases written by WindowsWear) and add references to these specific articles to your page about the awards. Then you can submit the article again.

By the way, while looking for the article about the awards, I came across another article about WindowsWear itself. It will be coming up for review by another reviewer. Please check it to make sure that it is written in a neutral tone, not as an advertisement, and that it doesn't contain any text which has been copied from another web site (for copyright reasons). —Anne Delong (talk) 22:14, 7 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your use of multiple Wikipedia accounts[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/MickeyMouse5349, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

WindowsWear[edit]

Hi MickeyMouse5349, just to let you know that I've passed this article after removing stuff that wasn't adequately sourced. I've indicated where additional references are needed if you can find them. If these aren't found the sections with the citations needed flag might be removed by another editor. For future reference, you shouldn't remove an article's history – specifically any previous rejection notices. It's far better to work to improve, incorporating previous editors' suggestions, and then press resubmit when you are ready. Hope that helps. Libby norman (talk) 16:20, 12 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article WindowsWear has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:CORPDEPTH big time

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Logical Cowboy (talk) 02:27, 14 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Logical Cowboy. I greatly reduced the amount of information and kept the article clean and crisp. I also added additional sources of evidence to suggest the notability about the subject. Please let me know what you think. MickeyMouse5349 (talk) 16:51, 15 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello MickeyMouse5349. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "WindowsWear Awards".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/WindowsWear Awards}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 18:00, 6 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
