One of the issues we have here is that you didn't just copy-paste content into new articles. You did it into at least one existing article, too. So even if you were just unblocked for existing articles, the problem could continue.
The solution here is not to say that you will not create new articles but to just make clear that you understand how to contribute to articles without problems whether they're new or not. One of the things that would make me nervous is that you say "I copied the words from the source without any changes. Now I know that it is forbidden to do" - this is true, that's the problem, but it takes more than just making some changes to make it okay to add text to Wikipedia. If you don't change the content enough, it's still a copyright problem. You wind up with content that is closely paraphrased.
