Webfonts[edit]

I noticed you adding a webfont to template:Unicode chart Batak. I was wondering how you know what it's called, and if there's a list of them somewhere. I'll watch here for a response. VanIsaacWS Vexcontribs 11:54, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

With regard to this one, I stumbled upon it while reading the new software changes and out of curiosity tried to use it. A complete list of all available Webfonts sorted by by ISO 639-2 language code can be found by calling https://bits.wikimedia.org/en.wikipedia.org/load.php?debug=false&lang=en&modules=ext.uls.webfonts.repository. Actually it would be better to use the language codes (e.g. lang="btk" xml:lang="btk") instead of directly referring to the fonts (e.g. style="font-family:Pangururan;"), because these may change. However, in this case lang didn't work for me (), whereas font-family did (). --Mps (talk) 17:55, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

Your recent edit[edit]

Hi! In this edit of yours, you used the word "jap". I don't think it was intentional, but please do not use the word again as it is a racial slur. See our article Jap. If you continue to use the word, you would be blocked. FYI, Japanese language is ja and Japan is JPN. Thank you. Oda Mari (talk) 18:06, 16 June 2014 (UTC)

Hi, thank you for your notification. I totally forgot about this meaning in English, as this word is still the common abbreviation of "Japanese" in German and thus always used in the German Wikipedia, where I mostly write. I will avoid using it here in the future. --Mps (talk) 22:49, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
