Flaming beverage[edit]

Hello, thank you for your efforts to reduce vandalism but please be certain it is vandalism when undoing the edit. Just because the edit contained some gibberish, it doesn't mean it was intentional and that the user was purposely being unhelpful.

Btw. I am not saying that you did anything wrong or that the edit couldn't have been intentional, I am just making a kind suggestion.

Cheers,
Riley Huntley talk No talkback needed; I'll temporarily watch here. 14:27, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Noted; I'll refer to such edits as unconstructive from here on out. Regards, None but shining hours (talk) 14:39, 1 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Powerkite[edit]

  • What did you consider spam in the powerkite edit? Was it the word "investing" or what? That over 800 stakeholders are indeed investing in the advance of kite energy systems was referenced; and such supports powerkiting encyclopedic text. Thanks for any explanation for your "spam" removing action. 68.126.127.170 (talk) 14:53, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You added content related to a commercial entity sourced to that same commercial entity to the article Power kite. The content that you added was unambiguously promotional in tone and it appeared the content was intended to draw traffic to the website that you added to the article. Furthermore, energykitesystems.net does not appear to be an independent reliable source. None but shining hours (talk) 15:16, 4 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, [1]. I fix ref. Watti Renew (talk) 16:15, 19 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Be Warned - Rangers FC - an attempt to push through a controversial 'same club' approach[edit]

Hello. You have contributed to the Newco Rangers article so I thought yuou should be made aware that an attempt is being made to undermine this article by pushing through a 'same club' approach despite many of us believing this is heavily biased and very selective use of the sources. You may wish to follow what is proposed at the Talk:Rangers F.C/Sandbox. Spiritofstgeorge (talk) 12:43, 1 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cook[edit]

Sorry about that, somehow in accepting/undoing another edit I reverted yours. I've now (I think!) reverted myself, my apologies for any confusion that resulted. --j⚛e deckertalk 17:36, 24 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

No worries, I assumed you were targeting the edit that had preceded mine. None but shining hours (talk) 17:44, 24 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Alexandria Kleztet changes[edit]

Can you help me understand why you removed the in-line external link - I was just following the "help" pages for "links." I'm a very occasional editor and just follow simple directions. LansdowneMike (talk) 22:11, 9 December 2015 (UTC) I followed your link and am afraid I still don't understand why you removed the link. Nearly all the other items in the list have links, most of which are to other Wikipedia pages, but one or two are to pages outside Wikipedia. Can you be more specific?
