Disambiguation link notification for January 30[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Timeline of heavy metal and hard rock music, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ministry (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Music genres[edit]

Heya there! You've clearly been around for quite a while, but perhaps you don't work on music articles much. Genres are by nature very subjective. One genre some may seem fitting to one person, but to the next it's way off. So to in attempt to reduce edit warring, and to keep things verifiable, we go by the sources. There's a genre task force that you can reach out to for help if needed. Apologies if I seem confrontational, I badly need sleep and am about to sign off for the night. Thanks!
