Hi Pollyfodder. The place to discuss article content in 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake would be that article's talk page: Talk:2004 Indian Ocean earthquake. If you want to query users about the links for the article, ask them about it there. Also check edit summaries: when changing an article, users generally leave a short description of the changes they're making and the reason they are doing so. Edit summaries are viewable through the "page history" link on the article.
