Notification of pending suspension of administrative permissions due to inactivity[edit]

Information icon Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative permissions of users who have been inactive for one year (i.e. administrators who have not made any edits or logged actions in over one year). As a result of this discussion, your administrative permissions will be removed pending your return if you do not return to activity within the next month. If you wish to have these permissions reinstated should this occur, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e. as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised, that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions, and that you have not been inactive for a three year period of time). If you remain inactive for a three year period of time, including the present year you have been inactive, you will need to request reinstatement at WP:RFA. This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts. Removal of permissions due to inactivity[edit]

Hi Qwyrxian, I've now desysopped you due to your recent inactivity. Thank you very much for your years of service. WormTT(talk) 08:57, 12 January 2015 (UTC)

@Worm That Turned: there goes another due to off-wiki harassment. I'm probably not long off following: this is an increasingly nasty place and the bigger its profile, the more the real lives of good people are damaged. - Sitush (talk) 09:09, 12 January 2015 (UTC)
That is a shame. I've bumped into Qwyrxian a number of times and did think it was a great pity he's gone. I hadn't realised there was any off-wiki harassment involved. WormTT(talk) 09:28, 12 January 2015 (UTC)
  • I am feeling very sad here. I have also faced off-wiki harassments, and I know where the shoe hurts.
A couple of months ago I started a thread on WP:AN where I talked on real-life protection and safety issues of Wikipedians.
I do not know whether you'll read this or not, I wanted to send you an email too, but currently I am participating in something on this Wiki, for which I need to restrict my off-wiki communications. I'll try after a week.
The relationship between you and me have been a fabulous one so far. I admired your works too. I sincerely hope you'll read this message and come back, sooner or later, when you'll feel comfortable.
Prayers and good wishes for you. Yours sincerely TitoDutta 12:12, 15 January 2015 (UTC)
