Disambiguation link notification for February 10[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Chelsea F.C., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Forward (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

March 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Zinedine Zidane may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s and 3 "<>"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Retired numbers[edit]

Hi there. Do you have a source for Zola's #25 being retired at Chelsea? This has come up before and the conclusion was that it has not been retired officially. Thanks. SteveO (talk) 14:05, 11 March 2014 (UTC)

Infobox photos[edit]

Hi, I noticed that you've edited a lot of football player articles and replaced their infobox photos, often with blurry, wider shots. Please keep in mind that the point of infobox pictures is to show what the players look like, not necessarily show the latest photos. Tighter, portrait shots are better for this purpose. Thanks. Mosmof (talk) 14:52, 17 March 2014 (UTC)

Information icon Hello, I'm Walter Görlitz. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2013–14 FC Bayern Munich season, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. There is a reason matches are commented and not shown so please stop insterting fitures. Thank you. QED237 (talk) 22:25, 27 April 2014 (UTC)

Football kits[edit]

Have you ever read the information at Template:Football kit? I was reminded that you may not have because you seem to have missed the section that reads, "Club badges, sponsor logos, and manufacturer logos should never be included." Please take care to avoid including club badges, sponsor logos, and manufacturer logos. Walter Görlitz (talk) 14:58, 9 June 2014 (UTC)

No logos, please read the info given above and stop adding shirts with logos. QED237 (talk) 11:03, 10 June 2014 (UTC)
Like this. The fact that the new season doesn't officially start until 1 July is another consideration. Walter Görlitz (talk) 14:17, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

Castilla & Madrid C kits[edit]

Real Madrid's reserve teams have black as the third kits? The Madrid page does not show a third kit. Just wondering Raul17 (talk) 13:16, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add an inappropriate image, as you did at 2014 FIFA World Cup Group B. Copyrighted crests and logos are not permitted on football kits. It would be one thing if there was no kit at all and you were adding a whole kit, but you intentionally adding a version of the body that removed a neutral jersey and added one with a violation. Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Samir Nasri. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Mattythewhite (talk) 09:50, 2 July 2014 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Template:Captain[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Kit short CFC 03 05 White.png[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:Kit short CFC 03 05 White.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
