Talk: Pro Fund Real Estate[edit]

I've tried to make a page for the San Diego Coastal properties but it go ta speedy deletion. My recent article on Pro Fund Real Estate did not try to promote itself, but rather define what objectives were currently present for people searching the San Diego Coast for real estate. With the new wave of online databasing the internet community is prominent in it's search for information in whatever way they can get it. I was hoping that one of these ways would be wikipedia. Please let me know what changes need to be made in order to comply with regulations. — Preceding unsigned comment added by San Diego Coast (talkcontribs) 16:24, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Talk:Ranma ½[edit]

I've undone most of the changes you made to Talk:Ranma ½ as it broke many of the infoboxes on the page. The only thing I kept out of your edits was the use of {{WikiProjectBannerShell}} to make the 4 WikiProject banners take up less space. —Farix (t | c) 13:41, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have posted a topic on Monosuit and it has been deleted due to no references in text form. But this is the issue i am facing, as it is hard to find exact definition in text form but it is good enough in Picture format. So, at least we can use the text in wikipedia to narrate the picture and it will be useful for other people who want to know about monosuit type. I think editors in wikipedia will understand this and help me in this regard.

Note: Many articles are narrated using pictures, please give me a solution for this. --Alpen129 (talk) 07:26, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined: Fred Prigge[edit]

Hello Safiel. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Fred Prigge, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The article makes a credible assertion of importance or significance, sufficient to pass A7. Thank you. ϢereSpielChequers 19:36, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

1saleaday[edit]

I don't see how you can say that this article is written more like an advertisement compared to many others about other retailers. G11 clearly states: Note that simply having a company or product as its subject does not qualify an article for this criterion. If you would kindly remove your tag it will be greatly appreciated. As far as the COI, that is quite the stretch and I wonder what that is based on. Thanks for your concern and contribution with the categories. Mordechai10 (talk) 19:43, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Victrectomy[edit]

You are completely correct. I agree fully. Either delete it fully, or maybe merge parts of it with the existing article Vitrectomy. And maybe you know how to make sure that there are no requests with slight typing mistakes on portal medicine. I did not notice that Victrectomy was demanded, instead of Vitrectomy. I wondered why Vitrectomy was missing, and created a small article, but it was a typing mistake. I know the article still has flaws. My primary language is not English, so that makes it hard for me to write in it. I am gathering information to add it to the article, that is why I marked it as a stub.

MisSiss created (a new genre that until then) was never released in the world. This genre is Soul Tango the mix between the Tango music from Buenos Aires, Argentina and the format and way to sing of Soul singers. She composed all her songs and performed with the most important musicians from Buenos Aires like the main Violin of Astor Piazzola for example. There were more than one article in USA media talking about this and the interesting sound of it. In Austria that there were not many releases today she is a reference for many independent artists for her way to teach and sing with another groups like Soulistics where she is the founder or Gospel & More where each year calls thousands of people to listen to music on the streets.

I'm working to improve the article but i need more than 7 days.

Thanks for the welcome email but why do you keep deleting my references then saying my articles for two movies I worked on have to be deleted because they have no references? What's the point? And why do you think this is a hoax? If it's a hoax, I don't see why anyone would do it to try to be funny.

Aren't references good enough when they're coming from 1) the press release and 2) the official Facebook page of one of the actors who is a well known comedian from Video On Trial who has their own Wikipedia page?

What's up, Safiel? CaptainBlastCaptainblast (talk) 23:27, 16 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject tags[edit]

Hi Safiel, just to let you know that you don't need to add unused parameters to wikiproject tags when you add them to talkpages. Particularly with the {{WPMILHIST}} tag, if you add "=no" to the tag then it actually breaks the template. If you have any questions, please leave them on my talkpage. Greetings! You voted delete in the above-referenced AfD, of which I am actually the nominator. Another participant in the discussion found a decent source for the article that subsequently enabled me to find some additional sourcing of my own. Regardless, I had a go at revising the article to incorporate the additional sourcing, clarify its focus on the building itself, and excise the promotional material that you rightly objected to. I'm curious to see if the revised version changes your AfD opinion; I'm considering withdrawing my nomination. Best, ɠǀɳ̩ςεΝɡbomb 04:08, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Rex Addison has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

BLP with no significant claim to significant Notability and very weak referencing.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sadads (talk) 12:26, 16 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Casey Anthony[edit]

I noticed that you closed the Casey Anthony article RFC as "consensus no article create". There seemed to be significantly more support for the support of the article than the not, so I'm wondering why this was done (at least why it was done in this manner). At least from a standpoint of numbers of editors, the issue would either be "consensus to support article create" or "no-consensus" (probably "no consensus"). Of course, these aren't votes, and I haven't gotten to policy arguments yet, but the manner of labeling the closing seems odd, to say the least.

I understand that if you made this decision you are supporting the policy arguments made by the opposition to the article. I am not attempting to engage in that argument again (you can see my position clearly on the archived discussion). This message is merely about the manner of the closure.

Also, what would be the next step seeing as it looks like about 75% of the respondents to the RFC wanted an article based on existing WP policies?LedRush (talk) 18:25, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Are you an admin? Do you have authority to close that discussion and archive it? As it seems that you've done this and indicated a consensus which I feel clearly doesn't exist (seeing as only about 25% of respondents agreed with not having an article) would you mind reverting and letting an admin make the decision (assuming you're not an admin).LedRush (talk) 20:02, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Interesting BLP1E argument[edit]

I see in your comment here [1] that you think that Anthony would get her own article if she confessed. That seems interesting to me. On the Murder of Merredith Kercher (MoMK) article people have often argued that Amanda Knox doesn't deserve her own article, but they would support one if she were found innocent in the appeals. Can I ask why you would think being innocent would make it less likely to get your own article (and not more likely, as I've been led to believe by others)?

Also, why would BLP concerns (or BLP1E concerns) be more for an innocent person being profiled in a "Murder of" article rather than a separate article. It would seem better per BLP not to have a person redirected to a murder article when they are found innocent of the crime.LedRush (talk) 18:31, 27 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
