If you are saying that all the works are copyrighted by him, then how come his photos like File:Plate 197.jpg are tagged as Creative Commons Attribution? (It seems to me that you uploaded them). Svick (talk) 19:37, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome[edit]

Hello, Santedorazio, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I notice that one of the first articles you have edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been reverted for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of deletion, you might like to draft your article before submission, then get me or any other editor to proofread it. To start creating a draft article, just click your user name at the top of the screen when you are logged in, and edit that page as you would any other. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

The one firm rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that if more than one person is using this account to edit, then unfortunately it will be blocked from editing.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! NJA (t/c) 09:30, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

January 2010[edit]

You should wait for others to write an article about subjects in which you are personally involved, as you did at Sante D'Orazio. This applies to articles about you, your achievements, your band, your business, your publications, your website, your relatives, and any other possible conflict of interest.

Creating an article about yourself is strongly discouraged. If you create such an article, it might be listed on articles for deletion. Deletion is not certain, but many feel strongly that you should not start articles about yourself. This is because independent creation encourages independent validation of both significance and verifiability. All edits to articles must conform to Wikipedia:No original research, Wikipedia:Neutral point of view, and Wikipedia:Verifiability.

If you are not "notable" under Wikipedia guidelines, creating an article about yourself may violate the policy that Wikipedia is not a personal webspace provider and would thus qualify for speedy deletion. If your achievements, etc., are verifiable and genuinely notable, and thus suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later. (See Wikipedia:Wikipedians with articles.) Thank you. NJA (t/c) 09:31, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cousin Joey[edit]

Wikipedia is not required to wait for an article topic's consent to be written about on here — as long as it's written neutrally and objectively, we're allowed to have an article about absolutely anything we want to have an article about without asking for permission first. ANI Notice[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Crisco 1492 (talk) 16:06, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Notification about User Page[edit]

I noticed that your user page (User:Santedorazio) is written like an article. Per Wikipedia:FAKEARTICLE, "Userspace ... should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles..." Would it be possible for you to rewrite your user page, perhaps in the first person? Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:11, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Sante D'Orazio has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Little more than an unsourced spam autobiography

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. MfD nomination of User:Santedorazio[edit]

User:Santedorazio, a page you substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Santedorazio and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of User:Santedorazio during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Hairhorn (talk) 20:04, 14 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
