Storm Roux[edit]

I noticed you removed Storm Roux from the list of non-visa foreign players in the A-League.

While he is an Australian citizen and he has started his professional career in Australia, his participation in the New Zealand national under-20 football team makes him a New Zealander under FIFA eligibility rules, and therefore a non-visa foreign player. Rjbsmith (talk) 22:36, 8 July 2013 (UTC)

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Mohamad Haidar has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Speedy deletion nomination of Brunild Pepa[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Brunild Pepa, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Triplestop (talk) 07:29, 19 September 2013 (UTC)

December 2013[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Evan Kostopoulos. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Please do NOT reintroduce information to Evan Kostopoulos or to Sydney Olympic FC about the signing of the former to the latter without publication of this information in a reliable source (and Facebook is not a RS). Future edit warring on these pages may result in your being blocked from editing, especially if you cannot show that the information can be attributed to a reliable source. Removal of neutrality tag[edit]

Hi. I have undone this edit because the discussion regarding article neutrality is ongoing. Until it is resolved, it should not be removed. Given the contentiousness of the issues involved, you should probably first seek consensus on the talk page to remove it. --LauraHale (talk) 08:32, 4 December 2013 (UTC)

I thought it had already been resolved.Simione001 (talk) 08:36, 4 December 2013 (UTC)

Rashid Mahazi[edit]

Hi,

I saw you deleted the right back link on Rashid Mahazi's playing position on 15 December. I have undone your edit as there is no verification to it, as there are many references that do say he is, including an article on him by Melbourne Victory, when he was quoted "I can also play right back". Not trying to hate or anything, and I thank you for creating the page, but just be sure that the inputs you have ARE verified.

Regards, Victoryboy —Preceding undated comment added 05:21, 16 December 2013 (UTC)

I have never seen him play right back. If he is playing there regularly, put it in. Simione001 (talk) 06:03, 16 December 2013 (UTC)

I have never seen Mark Milligan play right back for Victory and he has been there for almost 2 years, but his profile still notes his RB position as well as on many football websites as well as his personal interview with Melbourne Victory media manager, Trent Jacobs, when Milligan first signed for Melbourne on loan. If you still believe your idea is valid, then you must edit many, many, many articles my friend. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Victoryboy (talkcontribs) 12:18, 16 December 2013 (UTC)

Mark Milligan played right back for many years early on in his career mate.Simione001 (talk) 20:59, 16 December 2013 (UTC)

James[edit]

Woops, did not see that. Thanks for reverting... and with reason. Cheers. --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 03:47, 29 December 2013 (UTC)

Your not the first one to make this error. The name Newcastle Jets Youth can cause confusion very easily.Simione001 (talk) 03:51, 29 December 2013 (UTC)

Tom Rogic[edit]

Hey, first off, I never want to go anal... that is not a nice route at all :p. Also, I am still a newbie to Aussie soccer. Is the World Game that much a reliable source that we can trust there confrmation even without the Victory confirming it? --ArsenalFan700 (talk) 02:16, 19 January 2014 (UTC)

The deal is done. Nichols is leaving and Rogic is coming in. The World Game is very reliable.Simione001 (talk) 02:20, 19 January 2014 (UTC)

Edit reverting on Leckie[edit]

Just wondering why you reverted my valid infobox edit (updated international caps) on the Matthew Leckie article, then make your own edit doing the same thing that you'd just reverted? Bizarre. Ck786 (talk) 04:21, 10 March 2014 (UTC)

If you have good look you see I did more than just change the caps.Simione001 (talk) 04:24, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
I just don't understand why reverting my edit was necessary to make the other changes you made to his club stats when they had nothing to do with my int stats edit. Ck786 (talk) 20:56, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
I don't know how to revert the previos edits without doing your as well. Please teach me.Simione001 (talk) 21:02, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
